Amrutanjan Healthcare has informed that board of directors of the company at its meeting held today (November 1, 2018) have approved the re-appointment of S Sambhu Prasad as Chairman & Managing Director for a further period of five years from 1st April, 2019 to 31st March, 2024 which is subject to approval of shareholders. The Board has decided to seek the approval of shareholders through Postal Ballot Process for the above re-appointment. Disclosure as required under regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR) is submitted herewith.
