Zen Technologies has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/11/2018, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Second Quarter and Half Year ended 30 September 2018.As per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) regulations, 2015 read with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 03 November 2018 to 12 November 2018, for the Directors, Designated Employees, and Auditors (including dependents & immediate relatives). Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (including Directors) and Insiders covered under the said Code of the Company have been intimated not to trade the Company’s Shares during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The Trading Window shall reopen from 13 November 2018.
