Rattan & Associates, Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration No. 011798N) as Statutory Auditor of the Company with effect from November 05, 2018 to fill the casual vacancy caused in the office of Statutory Auditor of the Company subject to confirmation of appointment by members of the company in the ensuing General Meeting.
