Further, Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, the company has submitted Statement showing the Standalone Audited Financial Results for the quarter/half year ended on 30th September, 2018. (Annexure-I), Auditors’ Report on the Standalone Audited Financial Results (Annexure II) along with an extract of the aforementioned results, which would be published in the newspapers in accordance with Regulation 47 of the Listing Regulations (Annexure- lll).
