Taparia, the company secretary and compliance officer will superannuate on July 31, 2012 Further, the board has appointed Taparia as an additional director under Section 260 of the Companies Act with effect from September 01, 2012 and he shall hold office up to the next annual general meeting.
Upon superannuation of B. L. Taparia the board has appointed Rajiv Gandhi, presently the joint company secretary as the company secretary & compliance officer with effect from August 01, 2012.
