National Green Tribunal has allowed Nectar Lifesciences to start function of Unit II at Derabassi, Punjab, after observing that the Unit II of the company is compliant of Environment Laws.
Earlier, the company had received the National Green Tribunal, New Delhi order for closure of Unit No. II of the company at Derabassi.
