With profound sadness and regret, Repro India has informed about sudden demise of Alyque Padamsee, Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company on November 17, 2018. Alyque Padamsee was associated with the Company since May, 1994 and was also a member / chairman of various Committees of the Board. A Padmashri awardee for his contributions to the field of advertising and theatre, Padamsee had a rich background in the areas of advertising, theatre and public services. The Company has immensely benefited from Padamsees vision, guidance and support during his tenure. The Board of Directors and Employees of Repro India deeply mourn this irreparable loss.
