Megastar Foods has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company scheduled to be held on 27th November, 2018 to confirm and approve proposal for incorporation of subsidiary company of the company. Further it is stated that as per the company’s code of Internal Procedures and conduct for regulation, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading window for dealing in equity shares of the company shall remain closed for the designated employees, promoters and concerned persons covered under the said code of the company from 21st November, 2018 to 29th November, 2018.
