IIFL Holdings’ subsidiary-- IIFL Wealth Management (IIFLW) has acquired 5,34,33,822 equity shares constituting 100% paid up share capital of Wealth Advisors India (WAI) at the total consideration of Rs 253.02 crore. Upon the said acquisition, WAI has become a wholly owned subsidiary of IIFLW and its employees have become part of IIFLW with agreed employment benefits.
