Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services (Mahindra Finance) has raised funds aggregating to Rs 135.60 crore. The duly authorized Committee of the company at its meeting held on November 22, 2018 approved the allotment of Secured Redeemable Principal Protected - Market Linked Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 10,00,000 each, at par. The said NCDs shall be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of the BSE.
