Chinese stocks declined as uncertainty surrounds next week’s meeting between President Xi Jinping and Donald Trump. The Nikkei market is closed for Labour Thanksgiving Day.
Hang Seng dropped 78.21 points or 0.30% to 25,941.20, Shanghai Composite dipped 43.13 points or 1.66% to 2,602.30, Taiwan Weighted decreased 41.19 points or 0.43% to 9,673.52, Jakarta Composite contracted 3.62 points or 0.06% to 5,987.19, KOSPI Shares slipped 11.84 points to 0.58% to 2,058.11, FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI declined 3.02 points or 0.18% to 1,692.60, and Straits Times down by 1.69 points or 0.06% to 3,039.69.
