Choice International has entered into a share purchase agreement (SPA) on November 26, 2018 for sale of its 19.51% stake in Aqua Pumps Infra Venture consisting of 29,52,850 equity shares at a Price of Rs 25 each resulting in a total cash consideration of Rs 7,38,21,250.
Choice International offers services in area of project financing, assisting in raising funds by equity or debt routes, debt structuring, private equity, acquisitions, long term strategic planning, turnaround and structuring and joint ventures, divestitures and takeovers.
