This is further to the letter dated 22 November 2018 wherein the Company had given an advance intimation of one-on-one meeting with East Bridge Capital, Institutional Investor in Mumbai. In compliance with Regulation 30(6) of the Listing Regulations, Mahindra Logistics has informed that due to certain exigencies the one-on-one meeting with East Bridge Capital, Institutional Investor scheduled to be held today viz. Monday, 26 November 2018 was cancelled. The details of the rescheduling of the same, if any, will be intimated once the same is confirmed with the Institutional Investor.
