Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SESI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Max Ventures & Industries has informed that the Board of Directors of the company through circular resolution passed on November 26, 2018, appointed Gauri Padmanabhan (DIN: 01550668) as an Independent (Additional) Director of the company with effect from November 26, 2018. She shall hold office till the next Annual General Meeting of the company where the proposal for her appointment shall be placed before the members. If approved, she will hold office for a period of 5 years commencing from November 26, 2018.
