According to the data released by NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 2565.40 crore in index futures and options segments on Friday, July 27, 2012.
FIIs were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 1450.95 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 1114.45 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 135.94 crore while they sold stock options worth Rs 71.69 crore.
