Pursuant to Order of the Hyderabad Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (‘NCLT Order’), Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services has informed that the operations of Karvy Computershare Private Limited, the Registrar and Transfer Agents (‘RTA’) of the company (‘KCPL’) have been transferred to Karvy Fintech, with effect from 17th November, 2018. The company has been further informed that pursuant to the NCLT Order all the existing agreements to which KCPL is a party including the RTA Agreements entered into by the company for its Equity Shares and Non-Convertible Debentures, shall be in full force and effect as if Karvy Fintech has been a party thereto.
