The substitution has also been approved by the Board of Directors of the company. Biju George Kozhippattu, holds B.Tech, MBA, and has 28 years of banking and engineering experience of which 17 years is in banking sector mainly in the fields of project, corporate & infrastructure finance, credit appraisal, monitoring, syndication, advisory services, etc. and 11 years of industrial experience mainly in the fields of projects, planning & maintenance in chemical, petro-chemical and other processing industries. Biju George Kozhippattu is not related to any of the Directors of the company.
