JSW Steel has received an approval from its board for scheme of amalgamation of Dolvi Minerals and Metals (DMMPL), Dolvi Coke Projects (DCPL), JSW Steel Processing Centres (JSPCL) and JSW Steel (Salav) (JSW Salav) with itself and their respective shareholders.

DMMPL, JSPCL and JSW Salav are the wholly owned subsidiaries of JSW Steel and DCPL is a wholly owned subsidiary of DMMPL.

JSW Steel is one of the largest steel manufacturing companies in India having units in Karnataka and Maharashtra producing crude steel, long steel and flat steel products.
