Physical rubber prices consolidate on Saturday

Physical rubber prices steadied on Saturday during late trades and resulted in an improved closing of domestic futures.

Spot prices for RSS- 4 and RSS- 5 variety remained unchanged at Rs. 181/ kg and Rs. 174.50/ kg respectively.

In the futures market, contract of RSS-4 August delivery improved to Rs 180.98 compared to its previous close of Rs 178.80, while September delivery closed at Rs. 178.15 compared to its previous closing of Rs. 176.85 on the National Multi commodity Exchange.
