Suresh Talwar, notwithstanding he being above 75 years of age, as an Independent Director till the completion of his current term, up to 31 March 2019 and second term, if approved by members, till 31 March 2024; approval for re-appointment of Kishori Udeshias an Independent Director for a second term of five years from 6 May 2019 and continuation of appointment of Kishori Udeshi, notwithstanding she being above 75 years of age, as an Independent Director till the completion of her current term, up to 5 May 2019 and second term, if approved by members, till 5 May 2024; approval for re-appointment of Ravindra Kulkarni as an Independent Director for a second term of five years from 1 April 2019; and approval of re-appointment of Ranjal L. Shenoy as an Independent Director for a second term of five years from 1 April 2019.
