Strides Arcolab has informed that the remuneration committee of the company has granted 50,000 options to S Sridhar, independent director of the company at Rs. 609.80 per option under the Strides Arcolab ESOP 2008 (Director) scheme. The shares covered by such options are 50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.The vesting period of these options is in a phased manner over a period of three years. The options may be exercised within a period of 30 days from the date of vesting.
