Mindtree has informed that Honorable National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Bengaluru bench vide its Order dated November 29, 2018, received by the company on (November 30, 2018) has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Magnet 360, LLC (Transferor Company), the wholly owned Subsidiary of the Transferee Company with Mindtree (Transferee Company). The company will be filing the certified copies of the above Order with the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka.
