Virtualsoft Systems’ has received an approval for the transfer of undertaking of the company comprising of its telecom business to its subsidiary Roam1 Telecom. The board at its meeting held on July 27, 2012 has approved for the same.
Besides, the board has authorized the Managing Director of the company to sign and execute the agreement on behalf of the company and for other necessary actions.
