Further to intimation letter dated December 10, 2018, Infibeam Avenues has informed that due to unforeseen circumstances of directors' unavailability, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company scheduled to be held on Thursday, December 13, 2018 is rescheduled and now will be held on Monday, December 17, 2018. Consequently, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the company shall continue to remain closed for Insiders of the company from December 11, 2018 to December 19, 2018.
