Pursuant to Regulation 39 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Morarjee Textiles has informed that the company has received an intimations from Freedom Registry, Share Transfer Agents (STA) of the company on 14th December, 2018, pertaining to the issuance of the duplicate share certificate in lieu of lost/ misplaced original share certificate of the company as per details mentioned in the attached letter.
