Brief profile of the directors is given; K. Chandra Sekhar, aged 33 years, is a Graduate in Science and has an experience of 5 years in agriculture sector. Ch. Ramamohan, aged 28 years, is an MBA in Finance with a work experience of 2 years in accounts, taxation and audit. Both the above mentioned directors are not related to each other and the existing directors of the company.
