IOC gains on the buzz of signing MoU with Savera Group

Indian Oil Corporation is currently trading at Rs. 142.30, up by 0.85 points or 0.60% from its previous closing of Rs. 141.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 142.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 142.95 and Rs. 141.40 respectively. So far 589633 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 213.80 on 31-Jan-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 105.65 on 05-Oct-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 142.35 and Rs. 127.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 138101.94 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 56.75%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 17.14% and 26.11% respectively.

Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) has reportedly entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Savera Group, with an aim to open food stores in the company’s highway retail outlets across the country. The first such store, Amaravathi Highway Family Restaurant, was formally inaugurated at Chengapalli.

IOC is the largest enterprise in the country and the foremost ranked Fortune Global 500 Company in India and has presence in the complete hydrocarbon value chain from downstream refining & marketing, pipeline transportation, Petrochemicals, E&P and Gas Marketing.
