Pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Jubilant FoodWorks has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for ' Designated Persons' from Sunday, December 23, 2018 till Forty Eight (48) hours post the date of Board Meeting. The Board Meeting is scheduled, to consider and approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2018. Accordingly, an intimation regarding the notice of Board Meeting shall be sent separately to the Stock Exchanges.
