S Chand and Company has received approval for a term loan of Rs 65 crore from Axis Finance. The company has entered into term loan agreement with Axis Finance for acquisition of 26% stake in Chhaya Prakashani. The Board of Directors at its meeting held on December 19, 2018, approved the same.
