Further, pursuant to company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company would be closed from 1st January 2019 to 30 January 2019, for the Directors/Officers and Designated Persons of the company, who were conveyed suitably to that effect.
