Kilachand from chairman & managing director to executive chairman and the designation of Parthiv T. Kilachand from whole- time director to managing director with immediate effect, subject to necessary approvals.
Further, the board of directors appointed Nandish T. Kilachand as an additional director with immediate effect, subject to necessary approval.
