Majesco’s overseas step down subsidiary namely Cover-All Systems Inc., USA is getting merged with another overseas step down subsidiary namely Majesco Software and Solutions Inc., USA with effect from January 1, 2019, surviving entity being Majesco Software and Solutions Inc., USA. Both these entities are wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company’s subsidiary i.e. Majesco, USA.

The area of business of the entities is development of Software solutions for Insurance industry.

Majesco enables insurance business transformation for approximately 150 insurance customers by providing solutions which include software, consulting and services.
