Caplin Point Laboratories is planning for the Business Transfer Agreement to be entered into with its Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company, Caplin Steriles, for transfer of business undertaking of the Company (Regulated Markets Injectable Business, including USFDA approved Injectable Plant and DSIR recognized R&D Units CP4 and CP5). The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 11, 2019, to consider the same.
Caplin Point Laboratories is engaged mainly in manufacturing a wide range of Ointments, Creams and other External application preparations in addition to the regular segments of pharmaceutical formulations.
