Maestros Electronics touches roof on inking agreement with Gandhi Foundation

Maestros Electronics & Telecommunications Systems is currently trading at its upper circuit limit of Rs. 50.95, up by 2.40 points or 4.94% from its previous closing of Rs. 48.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 50.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 50.95 and Rs. 50.20 respectively. So far 8011 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'XT' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 53.15 on 12-Dec-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 18.00 on 06-Aug-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 50.95 and Rs. 44.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 25.18 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 60.15%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.23% and 39.63% respectively.

Maestros Electronics & Telecommunications Systems has entered into an agreement with Gandhi Foundation, Tamilnadu, with the purpose to setup remote telemedicine network across India starting with 3,300 units of Caremate Kiosk for an amount aggregating to Rs 80.19 crore.

The company has signed an agreement with Gandhi Foundation as exclusive partner for supply of Tele-Health kiosk. This is for implementation of rural telemedicine network in the state of Tamilnadu & Pondicherry.
