With reference to earlier letter dated December 24, 2018, Jagran Prakashan has informed that pursuant to the Regulation 30(2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. on Thursday, January 3, 2019 which commenced at 2:00 P.M. and concluded at 2:45 P.M. has considered and approved the issue of secured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) up to Rs 300 crores and authorized Debenture Committee to do all such necessary formalities in this regard.
