According to the data released by NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 660.24 crore in index futures and options segments on Wednesday, August 01, 2012.
FIIs were sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 59.46 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 719.70 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 89.67 crore while they also bought stock options worth Rs 83.90 crore.
