Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has acquired the business of BridgePoint Group, LLC, through purchase of select company assets, to augment its financial services and insurance domain knowledge, particularly in the area of US retirement services.
BridgePoint is a private company and its financials are not available in public domain. TCS has not acquired any shareholding/control in BridgePoint. It has purchased select company assets such as Intellectual Property and movable assets.
