F&O total turnover stood at Rs 55,596.18 crore on August 02

Future & Option (F&O) total turnover stood at Rs 55,596.18 crore on August 02 and the total numbers of contract traded on the day were 21,10,561.

Of the total turnover, Index Futures contributed Rs 6,118.75 crore, Stock Futures Rs 8,334.70 crore and Index Options Rs 37,954.79 crore while, the contribution of the Stock Options was of Rs 3,187.95 crore.

For the day, the total F&O PutCall ratio stood at 0.98 while Index Options PutCall ratio was 1.02 and that of Stock Options was 0.56.

The top five scrips with highest PCR on OI were Oriental Bank 5.00, WEL Corp 3.42, Andhra Bank 3.00, ON Mobile 2.83 and YES Bank 2.19.
