The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India (GoI) has transferred 100% share holding of HSCC to NBCC India. Therefore pursuant to the above acquisition of shares, HSCC has become a wholly owned subsidiary of NBCC.
NBCC (India) is one of the few public sector companies engaged in the business of project management consultancy services for civil construction projects (PMC), civil infrastructure for power sector and real estate development.
