Bhuwalka Steel Industries has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on August 01, 2012, has considered dividend not been recommended for the year March 31, 2012.
The audit committee was reconstituted as Suresh Kumar Bhuwalka, chairman and managing director is sometimes stationed at Mumbai. Hence the committee was reconstituted and has appointed Ajay Kumar Bhuwalka, non-executive director, as a member of committee in place of Suresh Kumar BhuwaIka, along with K.C. Kondaiah, non-executive and independent director and Roop Sing Chawhan, non-executive, independent director and the chairman of the committee.
