Jindal Saw has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the company will be held on Thursday, the 24th January, 2019 at New Delhi, to consider and approve un-audited financial results for 9 months/3rd quarter ended 31st December, 2018. A circular under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 issued is attached as Annexure-l for information and compliance. Pursuant to this circular, the company has decided that the Trading Window shall remain closed under the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading from Monday the 14th January, 2019 from 6.00 pm to up to 48 hours from the disclosure of financial results on 24th January, 2019.
