Ramakrishna Prabhu - Director Finance & Corporate Affairs of the Company has submitted his resignation vide letter dated December 31, 2018 citing his health and other personal reason. The above resignations were considered & accepted with effective from January 14, 2019 by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today. The Board put on record their valuable contribution as Directors of the Company.
