Piramal Enterprises shines on raising Rs 5,000 crore via bonds in last one month

Piramal Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 2329.50, up by 56.20 points or 2.47% from its previous closing of Rs. 2273.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2286.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2332.25 and Rs. 2280.05 respectively. So far 17524 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3302.55 on 31-Aug-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1796.75 on 26-Oct-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2350.00 and Rs. 2251.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 42736.89 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 50.66%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 30.93% and 17.55% respectively.

Piramal Enterprises has raised Rs 5,000 crore at an average rate of 9.5% through longer tenure bond sale in the last one month. The company’s housing finance subsidiary--Piramal Capital & Housing Finance also raised Rs 4,000 crore of term loans in the same period.
