Mold-Tek Technologies has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/01/2019, to consider, approve and take on record Un-audited Standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2018. In this regard, as per the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Conduct for Insider Trading adopted by the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the insiders will remain closed from 16th January, 2019 to 26th January, 2019.
