The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchange of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2018. Accordingly, all the Directors, KMPs and Designated Persons of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period.
