In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Jhandewalas Foods has informed that Sanjay Sethi, Independent Director of the Company, has submitted his letter of resignation dated 31/12/2018 resigning as Independent Director of the Company on account of certain pre-occupations. The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 15th January 2019, has accepted Sanjay Sethi resignation and consented to relieve him of his responsibilities and Sethi ceased to be an Independent Director of the Company.
