HT Media has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has recommended to the members, the re-appointment of Ajay Relan as Independent Director of the Company for a second term of 5 years with effect from 1st April, 2019; and K.N. Memani, Independent Director of the Company whose current term is expiring on 31st March, 2019, has conveyed his desire not to seek re-appointment as Independent Director of the Company for the second term. Accordingly, the tenure of K.N. Memani as Director of the Company shall come to end on 31st March, 2019.
