Indoco Remedies is reportedly to sell part of its domestic business for Rs 500-600 crore. Regarding this, the company is in preliminary discussions with investors such as Zydus Cadila and Lupin, along with TPG Capital Management and Temasek Holdings. This transaction will help the company to focus on its high-margin global businesses.
Indoco Remedies is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of formulations (finished dosage forms) and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) in India.
