Hindustan Aeronautics’ (HAL) developed Light Combat Helicopter (LCH) has completed weapon trials and is ready for operational induction. LCH has finished all weapon integration tests and is ready for operational induction and it is the only attack helicopter in the world capable of operating at altitudes as high as Siachen Glacier.
HAL is Bengaluru based Defence Public Sector Undertakings (DPSU) company engaged in the design, development, manufacture, repair, overhaul, upgrade and servicing of a wide range of products including, aircraft, helicopters, aero-engines, avionics, accessories and aerospace structures.
