As per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Nikki Global Finance has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2018 for insiders and all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from Wednesday, 30th January, 2019 upto a period of 48 hours after the date on which Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2018 is submitted to the Stock Exchange. The said Results will be considered by the Board of Directors at their meeting scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 6th February, 2019. Accordingly all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving Equity Shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
